淮河生态经济带产业结构优化对生态效率的影响分析

摘要:
基于淮河生态经济带25个城市2008—2017年数据,运用超效率SBM模型衡量区域生态效率变化趋势,并利用耦合协调度模型,分析区域产业结构优化和生态效率的协调发展现状。结果表明:淮河生态经济带生态效率存在区域差异性,随着产业结构优化步伐的加快,区域生态效率虽有波动但上升速度明显,产业结构优化对改善区域生态效率有显著作用;从产业生态耦合协调度来看,区域产业结构优化和生态效率的协调程度仍处于失调阶段,且下游城市的产业结构优化和生态效率的耦合协调程度较高。随着区域经济不断提升,加快产业结构优化并建立良好的产业结构体系是改善区域生态效率的关键。

Impact of Industrial Structure Optimization on Ecological Efficiency in Huaihe River Eco-Economic Belt

Abstract:
Based on the data of 25 cities in the Huaihe Eco-Economic Belt from 2008 to 2017, this study measures the change tendency of regional ecological efficiency through the super efficiency SBM model, and analyzes the current situation of coordinated development of regional industrial structure optimization and ecological efficiency through the coupling coordination degree model. The result shows that there is regional difference in the ecological efficiency, and as the industrial structure optimization accelerates, the regional ecological efficiency fluctuates but rises at an obvious speed, with the former having a significant effect on the latter. Besides, from the perspective of the coupling coordination degree between industry and ecology, coordination between industrial structure optimization and ecological efficiency is still at the imbalance stage, but the situation is better in downstream cities. With the continuous improvement of regional economy, further accelerating industrial structure optimization and establishing a good industrial structure system is the key to improving regional ecological efficiency.
