基于DPSIR TOPSIS模型的安徽省矿业城市生态安全评价

摘要:
安徽省9座矿业城市2013年和2017年生态安全状况表明:工业煤炭消耗量、人均水资源量、森林覆盖率等7项指标是影响安徽省矿业城市生态安全的主要因素;2017年安徽省矿业城市生态安全水平较2013年总体趋好,大部分城市已达到基本安全状态,仅淮北市、亳州市和淮南市仍处于较不安全状态;2017年皖南地区矿业城市生态环境状况明显优于皖北地区。建议各地区根据自身特点,制定完善的矿业企业管理制度,严格开展矿业污染的防治工作。

Evaluation of Ecological Security of Anhui Mining Cities Based on DPSIR TOPSIS Model

Abstract:
This paper studies the ecological security situation of 9 mining cities of Anhui province in 2013 and 2017.The results indicate that industrial coal consumption, per capita water resources amount, forest coverage and other four indicators are the main factors affecting the ecological security of Anhui mining cities. In 2017, the ecological security situation was generally better than that in 2013, with most cities, except Huaibei, Bozhou and Huainan, being in a safe state, and South Anhui cities better than North Anhui cities in their ecological environment. Thus, it is necessary for these cities to establish a sound management system for mining enterprises according to their own characteristics, and carry out strict prevention and control of mining pollution.
