环巢湖国家旅游休闲区游客满意度评价研究

摘要:
以环巢湖国家旅游休闲区为研究对象,采用因子分析法提取影响游客满意度的主要因子,并通过回归分析法对游客满意度评价因子与游客游后行为意向之间的关系进行探索。结果表明:旅游基础设施、历史文化、自然环境、旅游服务质量和旅游产品是影响游客满意度的主要因子;游客对环巢湖国家旅游休闲区总体满意度评价不高;游客满意度5个评价因子皆显著正向影响游客的重游意向 和推荐意向。基于此,旅游目的地应该针对游客满意度的影响因子,发挥优势,弥补短板,以提升游客游览质量和满意度。

Evaluation of Tourists’ Satisfaction of National Tourist and Leisure Zone around the Chaohu La

Abstract:
Taking the National Tourist and Leisure Zone around the Chaohu Lake as the study object, this paper extracts the main factors influencing tourists’ satisfaction through the factor analysis method, and analyzes the relation between the evaluation factors of tourists’ satisfaction and their posttour behavior and intention. The results show that: tourist infrastructure, history, culture, natural environment, tourist service quality and tourist products of the Zone are the main influence factors; the overall tourists’ satisfaction of the Zone is not on a high level; the 5 evaluation factors of tourists’ satisfaction have a significant positive impact on tourists’ intentions of “revisiting” and “recommending to other people”. Therefore, tourist destinations should bring their advantages into play and make up for shortcomings according to the evaluation factors so as to improve tourist quality and tourists’ satisfaction.
