The strategies of national revitalization through agriculture and law-based governance require agricultural administrative law enforcement and agricultural criminal justice to play a supporting role in the rule of law. In view of the relationship between law enforcement and administration of justice, agricultural administrative law enforcement and criminal justice should be connected legally and interacted effectively, which is not only the need of saving legal resources and improving judicial efficiency, but also the requirement of maintaining the unity of legal system. The juncture of agricultural administrative law enforcement and criminal justice mainly lies in jurisdiction, evidence, recognition and enforcement of relevant legal documents and so on. To ensure the cohesion and effectiveness of the connection, we should construct the linking mechanism, including transfer of the crimes found in agricultural administrative law enforcement, criminal judicial review of cases transferred from agricultural administrative law enforcement, transfer of illegal agricultural administration cases found by criminal judicial organs in criminal proceedings, mutual assistance and mutual recognition, and oversight and supervision of the connection between agricultural administrative law enforcement and criminal justice.
