Abstract:Jingpeng Town has established a three-in-one comprehensive cooperation organization, which is a beneficial connection model. Through this research we find that in the formation stage of the organization, external regulation and internal integration promote the formation of the comprehensive cooperation organization. In the operation stage of the organization, production cooperation provides land trusteeship services from sowing to harvesting, while supply and marketing cooperation promotes urban-rural flow of agricultural products. In addition, credit cooperation provides internal financial mutual assistance to promote industrial development. In the development stage of the organization, in order to explore the connecting elements between industrial poverty alleviation and industrial prosperity, we need to continue to leverage the "support hand" of Party committees and governments, strengthen the driving role of service organizations, enhance the overall planning ability of village collectives, and strengthen the voice of small farmers in the market.
