The interests binding mechanism of the integration of rural "three industries" includes interest generation, distribution and protection mechanism, which can ensure the realization of interests through internalization of division of labor, contractual arrangements and institutional constraints. Digital technology could boost the generation of interests through empowering the division of labor and collaboration, breaking the capital constraints, improving the quality of subjects and carrying out appropriately scaled operation. It also could promote the appropriate distribution of interests through empowering the price determining mechanism, and the equal bargaining decision mechanism. Besides, it could prevent the risk of production default and moral hazard, guarantee the realization of interests, and promote the integrated development of rural "three industries". Therefore, we should accelerate the construction of rural information infrastructure, improve the information service for interests binding, strengthen the main digital technology training, build a tight interests binding mechanism, and establish an information communication platform to prevent the risk of interests binding.
